Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Australian Shipping Rates

• Express Post: $14.00
• Standard Post: $10.00
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

• Delivery timeframes may vary due to seasonal demand, public holidays, weekends, or severe weather conditions.
• Woodie Swim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include taxes, duties, or customs charges for international orders.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties. Refunds will not be provided for orders refused due to unpaid charges.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Woodie Swim cannot offer reimbursement for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
